With much joy, we resisted the moody April weather and energetically broke ground together with our colleagues.

In the next months, there are going to be built 45 accommodations and 56 underground parking spaces in total with the newest energy standard (KfW-40EE) on top of panel 4. With this innovative project, the urban housing company does not only create affordable living spaces for the population of Emmendingen, but also sets an example regarding the energy revolution; both the water heating and the heater are extracted from renewable energy. April, 2022

Finally, the team of Trium Novem moves into the new office! After a quite short planning and modification phase, we look forward to about 700 sqm of space for concentrated work but also social exchange among ourselves. Thereby, it was important for us to keep our identity, and to furnish the new rooms just as individually as cordially, as we had already achieved it in our former rooms. Due to our exceptional interior decoration, ergonomic workplace equipment, and our high IT standard, we are able to develop our potential even more. Did we arouse your curiosity? The first business year of Trium Novem finished – we are incredibly proud of our diligence, efforts, wonderful months, and, of course, the result; our team of 14 people drove over 155.000 km in order to manage ten exciting projects and construction work about over 12,2 million. All that would not have been possible without our brave team. Thanks also to our partners, which enabled these numbers by trusting us. We look forward to many more years with Trium Novem. Not even a year has passed since the foundation of Trium Novem – and the construction project developer and general contractor from Offenburg has already incorporated a new, notable recruit into the team; due to the excellent development of the company, Thomas Dieterle now also occupies the management position of the aspiring company on equal terms with Jonathan Kress since the 1^st of January 2022. However, the 53 years-old from the black forest is no stranger; neither to construction nor to the team of Trium Novem.

Thomas Dieterle can count on more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry; the studied civil engineer (FH) was, amongst others, branch manager at the Geiger Group (in Engen, branch based in Singen) as well as director of the Wacker Group (in Offenburg). In addition to constructive civil engineering, he constantly focused on turnkey planning and construction. Thereby, it was always important to Mr. Dieterle that his colleagues, clients, and business partners meet at an eye level at all times.
