TRIUM NOVEM at the BDEW Congress 2025 in Berlin

Participating for the first time – and right in the middle of it: TRIUM NOVEM presented itself as an exhibitor at this year’s BDEW Congress 2025 in Berlin and was in direct contact with the energy industry. Our conclusion? The energy transition does not work without construction expertise.

Our message was clear: energy security starts with the foundations. And that’s exactly what we deliver – literally and figuratively.

In our headquarters, well-thought-out interior design meets technical equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. Whether height-adjustable tables, daylight lamps and air-conditioned work areas or creative retreats – this is not just where we work, this is where we design. And not just on the screen: plants, selected materials and personal touches ensure real moments of well-being.

Our team helped plan – because who knows better what makes you productive than those who work here every day? The result: individual workplaces! There are also spacious meeting rooms and a kitchen where you can design and not just cook. A quick espresso in between is also provided.

Together for the future

With XSCUBES, we are setting new standards in modular housing construction. At the center are the innovative cubes – smart, prefabricated living modules that offer maximum efficiency, flexibility and sustainability.

What makes the cubes so special?
Prefabricated construction: the cubes are produced in the factory fully equipped – including electrical installations, plumbing and interior finishing. This enables quick and clean assembly on site.
Sustainability: thanks to energy-efficient construction, modern insulation technology and integrated photovoltaic systems, the cubes meet the highest environmental standards.
Flexibility: The modules can be combined and expanded as desired – ideal for temporary or permanent living projects.
Smart technology: The residential complex is equipped with intelligent building technology for optimized energy management.

Working together for efficiency
Thanks to the partnership between Trium Novem and XSCUBES, the project is being planned as a turnkey project and built in record time.
Trium Novem is responsible for the multi-level building information modeling (BIM) for the production of the Cubes, taking into account the project-specific requirements for the structure, the technical building equipment, the fire protection, the sound insulation, the thermal insulation and the moisture protection.
Furthermore, Trium Novem, in cooperation with an independent testing institute, is responsible for quality assurance in the factory and for the construction management of the work on site.
The serial production and assembly of the cubes increases the quality of the construction and significantly reduces the construction time, while also lowering the construction costs.

Ehrenkirchen, February 2024 – Another step towards sustainable living: On February 28, 2024, we celebrated the topping out ceremony of the new shared accommodation in Ehrenkirchen! The construction project, which we are supporting as a general contractor, relies on a modern timber construction method with prefabricated components – for greater efficiency, quality and sustainability.

With a construction period of nine months, an energy-efficient building with seven apartments and six parking spaces is being built. Thanks to the prefabrication technology, construction work was able to progress quickly, which both makes the living space available faster and optimizes construction costs.

“Wood is the building material of the future – sustainable, flexible and with a high quality of living,” says Jonathan Kress, managing director of Trium Novem. Together with the FLB Eigenbetrieb Bau of the district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald, we are ensuring that modern, energy-efficient apartments will soon be built here.

The topping-out ceremony was a great success and a fantastic milestone on the way to new living space. The Trium Novem team would like to thank the carpentry Jägle and everyone involved for the excellent cooperation!
