Ground-breaking ceremony on February 10, 2025 – the starting signal for a future-oriented construction project!

On February 10, 2025, the starting signal was given for a special construction project: On behalf of the municipal housing association Städtische Wohnbaugesellschaft Emmendingen mbH, XSCUBES GmbH, Schlager Architekten & Ingenieure GmbH and Trium Novem GmbH broke ground on two new residential complexes in Emmendingen. These innovative accommodations create urgently needed living space – quickly, sustainably and with the future in mind.

XSCUBES – fast, sustainable, forward-looking

The centerpiece of the project is the cubes – ultra-modern, prefabricated living modules that are delivered and assembled ready for occupancy. Your advantages:

Trium Novem is responsible for the multi-level building information modeling (BIM) in collaboration with Schlager Architects & Engineers. Furthermore, Trium Novem is responsible for quality assurance in the factory and construction management of the work on site, including the facade, roof sealing, outdoor facilities and the PV installation.

Trium Novem has celebrated great successes in its fourth year of business as well. We are particularly proud of the social housing projects in Emmendingen, the residential construction projects in Schramberg and the exciting energy transition projects such as the substations in Pulverdingen and Eichstetten. The ‘Sonne’ sheltered housing project in Zell-Weierbach has been completed, and two industrial extensions in Kehl have been successfully concluded. A few more projects are in the planning and execution stages. We look back on a challenging and at the same time successful year and thank our dedicated team as well as our customers and partners who have made this success possible.

First Trium Novem network event At the first network event at our Offenburg headquarters, industry players, customers and partners came together to discuss the ‘future of construction’. With around 70 guests, the event was a great success. This event will take place regularly in the future to promote exchange within the construction industry and facilitate new partnerships.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) – innovation for our customers With BIM, we offer an advanced digital system for planning, executing and managing construction projects. Our experts use BIM to create virtual 3D and 4D models that can be experienced realistically using VR technology even before construction begins. These models support precise and efficient processes in all construction phases and, with the digital twin, provide our customers with comprehensive insight into future projects.

Kununu Top Company Award 2024 The recognition is based on independent evaluations and once again confirms the great working environment and our commitment. This sends a strong signal to talented individuals looking for an appreciative and innovative employer.

The season got off to a promising start: after intensive preparation, the wrestlers showed their full potential in their first home match against KG Baienfurt/Ravensburg and secured an impressive victory. Building Information Modeling, or BIM for short, opens up new opportunities for the construction industry. Find out what innovations and advantages BIM has in store for construction planning and implementation at the network evening hosted by Trium Novem and Netzwerk Südbaden on October 24th in Offenburg.

The keynote speakers Sarah Kristina Merz (Head of Academy DeuBIM GmbH), Dr.-Ing. Bernd Essig (Managing Partner at Scholze-Thost GmbH) and Nikolas Früh (Founder and Managing Director of der ffb GmbH / bim STANDARD) will answer questions from guests after their presentations. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to view a digital building twin using VR glasses.

In addition to the technical input, there will be plenty of opportunities for exchange. With snacks and drinks, guests can network in a relaxed atmosphere and discuss the future of the construction industry.
