We will be there! Trium Novem is presenting itself as a partner and exhibitor at Treffpunkt Netze – the leading event for the German energy industry.

On October 7 and 8, 2025, around 500 participants from the industry, politics and authorities will meet to discuss the energy economy of tomorrow. And we are right in the middle of it: In our topic box, we will be giving a keynote speech to show how digitalization, new technologies and lean processes can change the energy and grid infrastructure in the long term.

TRIUM NOVEM at the BDEW Congress 2025 in Berlin

Participating for the first time – and right in the middle of it: TRIUM NOVEM presented itself as an exhibitor at this year’s BDEW Congress 2025 in Berlin and was in direct contact with the energy industry. Our conclusion? The energy transition does not work without construction expertise.

Our message was clear: energy security starts with the foundations. And that’s exactly what we deliver – literally and figuratively.

They are the home for ideas, for encounters and sometimes also for really good coffee. At Trium Novem we believe that an inspiring environment has more impact than any motivational email. That’s why we have created spaces in which you not only feel comfortable, but also can grow.

In our headquarters, well-thought-out interior design meets technical equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. Whether height-adjustable tables, daylight lamps and air-conditioned work areas or creative retreats – this is not just where we work, this is where we design. And not just on the screen: plants, selected materials and personal touches ensure real moments of well-being.

Our team helped plan – because who knows better what makes you productive than those who work here every day? The result: individual workplaces! There are also spacious meeting rooms and a kitchen where you can design and not just cook. A quick espresso in between is also provided.

And because work also requires “life”, we celebrate our successes together: be it at a summer barbecue on the terrace or at a spontaneous afterwork on Friday. Our rooms are alive – just like our team.
