Our approach
7-phase model
Our 7-phase model shows the entire project flow from concept over design through to realization. In order to guarantee a complete and overall project management, the best-case scenario is, that we assume responsibility from the very first phase up to the last one. But since we phase our projects, it is also possible to board a certain project at any point.

Specification
In a first step, it’s our intention to coordinate the respective objectives and to brainstorm different ideas.
The next step is to have a more precise look at the fundamentals and your idea takes shape.
Now, we develop the idea and within our preplanning we push the construction project together – the idea turns into a concrete vision.
Within the specification phase, the design planning is created considering all significant correlations, conditions and specifications.

Supervision
Individual parameters are estimated and requirements based on building law are created.
Construction Documentation means fine-tuning – specialist engineers and our control center develop all needed building documents.
Finally, the first groundbreaking ceremony takes place and the building is created turnkey. Our project constructers organize the different trades based on our motto: we’re only strong working together.
We are pretty close, but no building is perfect. Thus, we don’t leave you alone with the site supervision and stand right by your side even after finishing the project.
