The joint event of Trium Novem and Netzwerk Südbaden will focus on the future of integral construction with the Building Information Modeling system and new digital possibilities.
The keynote speakers Sarah Kristin Merz (Head of Academy DeuBIM GmbH), Dr. Bernd Essig (Managing Partner at Scholze-Thost GmbH) and Nicolas Früh (Founder and Managing Director of ffb GmbH / bim STANDARD) will complement this networking evening with interesting expert knowledge on the subject of BIM.

Building Information Modeling: The future is already here
Over 60 guests accepted our invitation to the network event ‘Building Information Modelling: The future is already here’ at our headquarters in Offenburg. Together with the business magazine Netzwerk Südbaden, we organised an evening that was all about digital and integral construction.
After a welcome from our Managing Directors Thomas Dieterle and Jonathan Kress, a varied programme awaited the participants. In their keynotes, speakers Sarah Kristina Merz (DEUBIM GmbH), Dr Bernd Essig (Scholze-Thost GmbH) and Nikolas Früh (ffb GmbH / bim STANDARD) provided practical insights into the potential and challenges of BIM – from efficiency gains and documentation to SME applications.
Special highlights included the VR experience with a virtual building twin, insights into current infrastructure projects and a tour of the XSCUBE WohnCube. The great popularity shows: The construction industry is ready for change. And we are helping to shape it.
