Costumes, Traditions and Great Team Spirit \ud83c\udfad<\/h4>\n\t <\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t

On \u201cSchmutziger Donnerstag\u201d (Dirty Thursday), things got delightfully festive in our office: Almost the entire team showed up in costume, creating a cheerful atmosphere right from the start of the day. From fairy-tale characters and animals to movie heroines and classic carnival outfits, creativity knew no bounds.<\/p>\n

Carnival season has a long-standing tradition in the Ortenau region and is deeply rooted in the local culture \u2013 which makes it even more special to celebrate this tradition together as a team.<\/p>\n

Of course, no celebration would be complete without some seasonal treats. We enjoyed traditional bean soup, crispy \u201cScherben\u201d pastries and sweet \u201cBerliner\u201d doughnuts \u2013 just the way they are known and loved in the Ortenau. Sharing food, laughter and admiring each other\u2019s costumes made the day a true highlight. The video is available on our Instagram profile.<\/p>\n

A very special eye-catcher was Bertha, our Feel Good Manager \ud83d\udc36<\/span>. She also joined the celebration in costume and brought plenty of extra smiles (and cuddles) to the team.<\/p>\n

Celebrating a Successful Year with Our Growing Team<\/h4>\n\t <\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t

To mark the end of the year, we celebrated our Christmas party at Biereck in Hofstetten. Set in a stylish atmosphere, the evening provided the perfect opportunity to look back together on an intense and, above all, successful year.
\nEspecially in an industry often characterized by high time pressure, demanding projects, and tight timelines, moments like these are particularly valuable. Over excellent food and in a relaxed setting, it became clear how well our team works together, how much everyone supports one another, and how important strong collaboration is to our shared success.
\nWe were especially pleased to welcome 18 new colleagues to our team over the course of the year. The Christmas party was a great opportunity to bring long-standing and new team members together and to show how well everyone has already connected and built strong working relationships.
\nThe positive – almost legendary – atmosphere reflected what defines our daily work: reliability, team spirit, and mutual appreciation, extending beyond individual projects and construction sites. Traveling together by coach to and from the venue further emphasized the sense of togetherness and contributed to a smoothly organized and thoroughly enjoyable evening.
\nThe Christmas party was a wonderful way to close out the year and to thank all employees for their commitment and dedication. With this positive energy and strong team spirit, we are heading into the upcoming projects with confidence and motivation.<\/p>\n

We were part of SC Freiburg recruiting campaign “Job des Spieltags\u201c<\/h4>\n\t <\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t

Careers meet stadium atmosphere:<\/strong> At the SC Freiburg home match, we were right in the middle of the action as an exhibitor in the \u201cJob of the Matchday\u201d initiative. Located directly at the stadium, fans and visitors had the opportunity to learn more about Trium Novem as an employer, engage in conversations with our team, and gain insights into our projects and career opportunities.<\/p>\n

With our own stand, individually designed promotional materials, and plenty of personal conversations, we showcased what Trium Novem stands for: exciting projects, strong team spirit, and real career prospects. The unique matchday setting once again demonstrated how well emotion, sport, and professional futures can come together.<\/p>\n

Trium Novem at Treffpunkt Netze 2025 – Impulses for the future<\/h4>\n\t <\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t

We will be there! Trium Novem<\/strong> is presenting itself as a partner and exhibitor at Treffpunkt Netze<\/strong> – the leading event for the German energy industry.<\/p>\n

On October 7 and 8, 2025<\/strong>, around 500 participants from the industry, politics and authorities will meet to discuss the energy economy of tomorrow<\/strong>.
